Trenchmix and Hydrofraise below ground wall techniques are being illustrated by Ninetimes into construction scenes that present the geotechnical solutions in application. The two digitally-created illustrations are part of a graphic series produced by Ninetimes and in use internationally by Soletanche Bachy. The French company is the world's leading geotechnical contractor with projects under construction and completed worldwide.

Soil Nailing Application Graphic Included in 2008 Advertising for Leading Geotechnical Contractor
Santa Rosa, California, May 13, 2008 - Ninetimes, a nationally represented advertising design firm specializing in digitally created illustration and animation, has completed production of an illustration demonstrating an earth retention technique for Pittsburgh, PA-based Nicholson Construction Company. This original graphic will be incorporated in the 2008 advertising campaign for this North American business unit of the world's leading geotechnical contractor.
Ninetimes worked closely with the Nicholson staff to recreate the actual processes with accurate, technology-specific illustrated graphics. Illustrators in Ninetimes' San Francisco Bay Area offices created a 3D model of the crawler drill and scene. All elements were then digitally painted as multiple layers with Adobe Photoshop CS3.
Nicholson Construction Company is a business unit of Soletanche Bachy of Paris, France. Nicholson produces high profile foundations throughout the United States. Its projects include work at the nation's Capital Building in Washington, DC and current construction of an extensive foundation for New York City's new World Trade Center Transportation Hub.

Construction, Software and Guided Motion Clients Launch 2008 Marketing Campaigns With Ninetimes Graphics
Santa Rosa, California, March 4, 2008 - Ninetimes, a nationally represented advertising design firm specializing in digitally-created illustration and animation, has completed graphics for the 2008 advertising campaigns being launched this month by Nicholson Construction, gINT Software and Bishop-Wisecarver. Ninetimes has created original digitally-produced graphics for all three clients that will appear internationally in leading industry publications such as ENR, Machine Design, Civil Engineering, Geo-Strata, Design News and Medical Design.
Ninetimes worked closely with the staff of each company to create original illustrated ad campaigns that best present the client's products and services in impactful promotions. Many of these illustrations are also being incorporated into website, exhibit and collateral advertising presentations. All illustrations were created digitally by Ninetimes with Maxon Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator CS3 and/or Adobe Photoshop CS3 software on an Apple Macintosh platform.

Leading Foundation Contractor to Present Technology-Specific Graphics In 2008 Advertising Campaign
Santa Rosa, California, October 18, 2007 - Ninetimes, a nationally represented advertising design firm specializing in digitally created illustration and animation, has completed production of promotional illustrations for Pittsburgh, PA-based Nicholson Construction Company. The new graphics for Nicholson's 2008 advertising campaign present four highly technical building foundations available from one of North America's leading geotechnical contractors.
The illustrations present four worksite views of geotechnical installations of stone column, diaphragm wall, micropile and jet grouting foundation construction techniques. Ninetimes worked closely with the Nicholson staff to recreate the actual processes with accurate, technology-specific graphics. Our digital illustrators first created 3D models of the crane and crawler drill with Maxon Cinema 4D software. Realistic detailing on the heavy equipment models and painting of the scene were produced as multi-layered digital files with Adobe Photoshop CS2.

NINETIMES ILLUSTRATION FOR L.B. FOSTER COMPANY WINS TOP PHOTOSHOP USER MAGAZINE AWARD
Senior Art Director Daniel Johnson Wins Award for Digitally Illustrated Sheet Piling
Boston, MA, April 4, 2007 - Daniel Johnson, Senior Art Director for Ninetimes, a nationally represented advertising design firm, was presented the Guru Award for Best Illustration at Photoshop User Magazine's Photoshop World conference this morning in Boston, MA. The award is considered one of the international digital imaging industry's most prestigious recognitions of extraordinary work with Adobe Photoshop software.
The original illustration was created for use as a marketing graphic in multiple media for Pittsburgh, PA based L.B. Foster Company and its strategic partners PND Engineering and steel manufacturer Chaparral. “Ninetimes accurately captured the application and benefits of the engineered technology with this impactful illustration of the Open Cell sheet piling system,” said L.B. Foster Marketing Communications spokesman Jake Fuellhart. “Ninetimes has become a key vendor as we have incorporated realistic illustration in all our marketing efforts,” Fuellhart added.
Mr. Johnson produced the illustration with Adobe Photoshop CS2 software on an Apple Macintosh G5 computer. Daniel worked closely with other members of the Ninetimes team and L.B. Foster's Marketing Communications department to develop the product's specific application as an impactful scene. He began the initial layout with a CAD file supplied by L.B. Foster Piling of Atlanta, GA and completed the fully illustrated image without the inclusion of any photographic elements.
